Google Fiber will Provide 1gbps Speeds

Hello,
I have just seen
a video on YouTube called "The Google Fiber Team Wishes Kansas City Happy Holidays". They are going to provide a speed of 1 gigabit per second to the entire town. That is 128 megabytes per second!
I want to move to Kansas City now D:
Also, let's see how fast everyone's connection is here.
Mine: 1.5mbps :/

Guess you ment 1024 megabyte :P our Internet has capability for 1000gb/s home and at our cottage. Our router broadcast ca 100mb/s and with a cable we have ca 200mb/s
We have fiber connection

Well nothign new here in sweden a company named "Telia" offers 1gb/s to homes and offices and stuff.

That's awesome!! We get 10mb/s at home, but it goes really fast

i should get 30 but i only get 22 but thats fast

I have 28mbps according to speedtest,I don't know what my provider promised me but it should be faster lol

Yeah, that is true, but I am have 10 mB/s which i get around 7 mB/s to my computer. I am going to change to
Bahnhof, I heard its better than Telia, Telia is expensive too :P.

i wish i had faster internet speed i get 3mb/s and it costs almmost $40/month
