I think it needs a better design. Other than that, its good.

Looks great, but I do agree with Dj. Maybe try to get a custom theme, or custom buttons and controls

it looks good.
just a few wee bits too fix like the buttons i don't like the pictures on them, but the form it's self is pretty basic but still good.

If u can help me with some images for background and panels and even buttons that would be good.
