Making the form look nicer?

Wow.. i've noticed that i've been posting a lot in this section... anyway.. How excatly does one make a form look nicer? Like those sleek GUI and stuff, how do they do it!?

I hate it, but I do have a copy somewhere if you want that. Im just telling you that making everything yourself is much better in a long term.

lol I don't like it either... You can't customize it as much as you want it
I often hardcode components using graphics, and its a pretty nice result + you get exactly what you want, no mess...
