My sister hogs the bandwidth. All day. She is 21. We don't really have much bandwidth to go around because my ISP sucks.
We are provided with 1.5Mbps down and 0.2 up DSL.
When she is using the Internet, I can do, literally, almost absolutely nothing on the Internet.

How can I restrict some of her bandwidth without her knowing, or how can I get priority without anyone knowing?

Write a program that disconnects her from the internet after 10 megabyte usage? Should I do that?

I just need to LIMIT her bandwidth. Not completely take away.

Have you ever seen the youtube video or played that game where after a while a creepy womans face pops up on screen and scares the cr*p out of you? lol. You should make an app that does that after half an hour or something pop up that face and scare her so bad she goes offline...heck do it anyway just for a laugh and the joy of hearing her scream :lol:

I used to get 1mb/second but I called and they offered for me to upgrade from ADSL to ADSL2+ for free, I am supposed to get from 8mb - 20mb a second. It's the same price as before.
If you have had your internet connection for some time maybe you should consider calling up your ISP and seeing if there is a free upgrade in the works.

Yeah, it's called Scary Maze. No matter how many times I have played it, but still I get scared by it. Stupid game!
