Hey guys,

I have some pretty big goals for this year and they are:

Complete my final year of school and pass
Semester 2 do my Certificate III skills for all course (computers)
Finish my book on basic programming and get it published

The book goal is a new one, I've only done a few thousand words and about 11 pages, when it's done which is a very long way away I might hold a competition for people to win a copy or two.

What are your goals for this year?

Well, I'm looking forward to finding you book in bookstores. I'm sure it'll be great

As for me, I'm releasing new software every so often, and I hope to get more listed on Softpedia and such.

I don't really have plans for school yet, other than staying in it :lol: I'm only at my third year of Secondary (I'm guessing you could call it 9th grade), and programming classes don't start until next year, although we'll be using REALBasic.

I guess (like comathi said) I've nothing unusual for school other than passing to the next year.

For VB.NET I want to develop my skills more and more.

For my company: I want to set it up, get a REAL domain name and sell some programs.

Did I miss anything?

Sounds nice, I did IT (computers) last year in year 11, I topped the class with a solid A 98%. Received a Certificate from the school, in year 10 I did a tertiary course for IT and got Certificate I in IT, this year I was supposed to do Certificate II but instead semester 2 this year I am doing Certificate III, next year I plan on doing Certificate III and IV in IT general and then IT applications (programming).

@Comathi I am currently 15 pages into my new book It is going to be for beginners and it is going to be roughly 200 pages long. I will be getting my English teacher to help go over drafts, she marks hard and most of her students go to University. Unlike the other teachers who mark students too easy they end up failing.

My goals.
- Get good grades for the final - last year in school.
- To be able to get into my programming highschool.
- To complete my website and make it full of content(soon to be complete ).
- Gain some money online(already started and got 9$ so far for this month), and get a summer job(application to be handed in soon).
