Help making tutorial videos!

Ok, i use Camtisia(???) and after 5 minutes of recording, closes wthout warning and doesn't save, what the *bleep* is going on?!?!
I used to have 50 tutorials untill someone broke in to my utube account and trashed it, now i use a new one, and i can't find my videos. Any help would be wonderful.
