I just walked outside my apartment and I saw this guy in a truck cussing to a old grandma in a carivan i yelled stfu you dumba## guy that grandma was crying and that guy was like "You f####g b#tch you almost f#cking crashed me you d#ck", I got pi##ed off, look how people are today!

if that happends in sri lanka at that min he will be killed by residents in that area

I dont know where you live but since an old woman and your dog got driven both withing a day or two, this seems (IMHO) not true.
