Can't lock topics?

It might just be me that has forgotten how to lock the topics, but when I edit the first post in my topic, I thought there were a "Lock topic" check box somewhere. Is it non-existent or am I just blind?

I also noticed some weird blue colors when viewing a users reputation point.

You can only lock topics in the help section I think. The blue crap is a template error and will be fixed by cody (I hope)
