Why is my download speed soooooooo slow?
it used to download at 300 KB/sec.
now it downloads at less than 10 KB!

Im using firefox to download, but now my google chrome is also slow.

BOTH my firefox and chrome download at less than 10KB/sec.....
what can I do to fix this?
I do have another network connected but this is normal.
I was downloading at 300KB a sec with the connected network.

when I tried to download something today ( its only 5MB, it should take me like 30second ) it said wait time = 30mins
and it was only at 5KB a sec

My surfing speed is normal, maybe a bit faster.
a big page like photobucket loads up in like 3 second

try reinstall google chrome or firefox it worked for me

Haha! correct me if im wrong but this seems like a clear case of "being capped" when you exceed you download limits for the month and your internet speed gets "capped" slowed to about 10/15kps, you should be at normal speed by the end of the month if im correct!

They don't allow you to exceed the limit.

If you pay for 3MB a month you will only get 80% of that

for you yes but for me I only get 80% of what I pay for

I usually do 3 downloads at once at 1MB/s each. So I can download at 3MB/s.

Try checking your bandwidth, if it is full doing downloads at 10KB/s the service you use may be with technical issues..

Mine Is 600kbps And The Fastest Web Browser In The World Is Safari.

Safari isn't that fast. Google Chrome is faster.
