Hello mambers!
My problem is when I try to create app with .NET v4.0 - everything goes great.
But when I try to make program with .NET below v4 Visual Studio says:
Dll exists in that directory.
I tryed re-installing .NET v4.0, v3.5 but nothing helped.
Can you try to help here? blusho;

Try to create a folder named 'LCID' and put the file there. Idk if it helps :?
