1x 512gb vs 2x 265gb ssd?

I'm wondering if it is better to buy two 256gb SSDs and put them into raid 0, or to get a single 512gb ssd.

1x 32gb SSD and 1x 1TB HDD.

SSD is useless for anything else but your OS.
Edit: both links are the same. Also, $400 for one 512? That's a waste of money IMO.

Well, if I were to take a guess, I'd say it's the single 512GB solid-state. I think this because the single 512GB is "naturally" one piece of hardware, while the 2x256GB have to go through something to work together, which in that time, the 512GB could have accessed the data faster.

I'm thinking 128 because it can get 12gb/s (2x6gb)(2 sata cables) while 256 would only get 6gb/s (1 sata cable).
