Screen Recorder

Hello,
How can I make a screen recorder in VB6?
With these controls:
- Record(with shortcut key)
- Play(in new window)
- Stop(with shortcut key)
- Region(optionbox)
- Record Full Screen(optionbox)
Ex 1: I check region, select my region, then record that region.
Ex 2: I check record full screen, then record.
Help please.
