Graphics(.net)

I have an idea for a project but i dont know how to make the graphics i need a program to build a picture or image its a plotter so you put in messurements of say 5m by 10m and it build a squre that tall but it need to work like a minecraft so it can do angles and all i know the math and code but not how to do the graphics :P ?..... any ideas people
