Problem solved!
I just save the file into Microsoft Access 2002 - 2003 (.mdb) file.

If you got something like this, just do the same thing.

I have an updated version of my system.

I already created a new database file but still having the same error.

Unrecognized database format.

I'm using MS Access 2016 and Visual Studio 2016.
Any solution there?
