Unrecognized database format.
I'm using MS Access 2016 and Visual Studio 2016.
Any solution there?

I don't have any experience with MS Access but possibly the database file needs updating or, as the error suggests, it has been saved in the wrong format.
Make sure your system is up to date with all windows/visual studio updates.
Try creating a new database file and link to it in your code and see if it works.

Problem solved!
I just save the file into Microsoft Access 2002 - 2003 (.mdb) file.
If you got something like this, just do the same thing.
