But i want it to be a Fair Vote, so if anyone can suggest another way that can let Members Vote on it then please let me know.

There are so many good things being submitted for apps, and i can be a bit critical sometimes and want to let Members Vote for it as then it would make it Fair ( thats only if people dont Cheat )

But another way i could do it, is too get Members to just reply to this Post Once the comp is over, and just State who they think is the Winner then they could not Cheat, as evey post would show who posted it ;) and then i just Announce the Winner by who has the most Nominations cooll;

Yeah so i think that would be the fair cooll;

Even if they have to reply they can make many accounts.
I think you should have like 3 trustworthy members who are not interested in this contest. ( 3 including you )

So then at the end all 3 of the judges can review the apps and decide on which one you all like the best. This way we won't have any cheaters.

And if you have tried to Draw with your Mouse , You will know how HIT and MISS that can be, But with a Graphic Pen it makes it Effortless. It can be used in any Program that you like, the Pen can be used in place of your MOUSE and the Pen has 2 Buttons on it for RightClick Commands, Just like the Mouse, also you can tap the pen on the pad to open any Folder or Drive and then use it like a Mouse. You will probably Dump your Mouse after using a Graphics Tablet as they are so handy and does make life a lot lot easier**
