Hello Martin64,
You can do this by combining 3 different tutorials on site, the webcam tutorial, taking photos from webcam and the email source.
Webcam: show.php?id=7
Take photo from webcam: viewtopic.php?f=70&t=626&p=3387&hilit=webcam#p3389
Send email with attachment: viewtopic.php?f=71&t=1252#p7494
Those have everything you need cooll;
