Zach, once again, lobbies aren't illegal either. They are against the Terms of Service. Which is a ban/suspension.

This is not hackking it is modding as you can tell in the name moded lobbies which as Casirus said is 'bad gaming conduct as it ruines the games for genuine Players'.
