Hello,
I made a program that retrieves people's avatars from XBox Live through their gamertag. It is free, and has the DotNetBar interface! Download here: http://plunder.com/7a46d2799a
P.S. Didn't know what the little "Topic icons" were. Except for the None and PayPal ones of course.

lol u stole my program i was putting this in my xbox live utility 3.0
Nailing my feet to the floor is easier than using my own muscles to balance, but you don't see me doing that

@Cheatmasterbw I posted it on Plunder because it benefits me and the downloader. The downloader gets the program, and the uploader gets coins. You can trade in coins for money.
@Zachman61 I didn't steal it, I didn't even know you was going to make one! I don't really want to give the code out, but if you promote the download, I'll give you it. Just reply and tell me you will promote it, then I'll PM you the code and post it in the Quick Snips section.
