This is what I have been working on ferr......5 hours xD.

It works 80% or so, fixing some bugs atm.

Updates:
Added User Picture changeable and it remembers the picture. (Thanks to zachman61 for suggestion.)
Personalize button, Shutdown button, Calculator in Start Menu.

Lol I was just working on that, but I've added Calculator to the start menu, and the Shutdown button now has text and closes the MiniOS.

i cant seem to find out how to edit my profile pic & yout should actualy try and make paint & WMP &The applications yourself

That would be pointless.
You should make it full screen without in borders or form controls. Also you should open programs by setting the handler so that it opens up in a panel.

I don't want fullscreen, which is why I called it a 'MiniOS' not a 'VirtualOS'.
