This is more then a simple photo viewer it has many other features like:

1. image slideshow (custom speed and music)

2. Capture image From Desktop

3. Set As Desktop Background

4. Save/Export

5. image edit( GrayScale, Negative, Color Inversion, 17 different Image Rotations)

6. Image Properties

7. Quick Menu witch you can actually move it inside the form like photoshop

8. Photo List that you can also move inside the form

9. Changeable Picture Box And Form settings

10. It will remember all of your Settings like: quick menu position, photo list position, form state, picturebox state EVERYTHING
