Hi, this library will make your form looks something like this :

Basically, this library manipulates Vista / 7 Aero.
You can get effect with just 2 lines of codes.
This is written in VB.NET.
There is also an example app with it's source code(example app's source code)
The only limitation is that you must change your form's backcolor to black or it won't work.
Features :
-Written in VB.NET
-Enable the effect with just 2 lines of codes
-Example app
-Transparency key is not needed(just set form's back color to black)
-Made in Malaysia, by a Malaysian

lol unfortunately it only works for vista and 7 but i have xp cuz it has the least crap in it.
