Hello YourSocksRoxx,
Reputation top-up gives you "X" amount in rep points. If you havent used the reputation system before just look out for the links/icons in posts as shown here:
Press the green thumbsup icon to give someone good reps
Press the red thumbsup icon to give someone negative reps
Press the green squares to view a members reputation.
