if you don't use any special components (like dotnetbar) then you can just copy the .exe else just copy the whole folder or the .exe + the dll's inside the folder

i don't understand you. if you make program with dotnetbar and you want to share it without dotnetbar.dll then use the .net reactor. it rocks clapper;

Then use the tutorial request category.. You can use CodeDom for that.

i guess you are gonna have some trouble with DotNetBar
also , when u use it with QIOS devsuite they can use the law against you because when you read their license agreement you need to accept that you can use it for free , but the .dll needs to be visible please think twice when you use that website
