In Sony Vegas, whenever I "Export As", my video turns out to be like 189 Mb, is it supposed to be like that?

yes because it exports the full file not compressed at all
Nailing my feet to the floor is easier than using my own muscles to balance, but you don't see me doing that

How can I compress it? Open it in Movie Maker and resave it?

The file size will vary depending on the codec settings and file format that you choose.

189 is not large and is compressed atleast.
Otherwise your video would be around 1.xGB depending on its length.
