I have some ideas:
It would probably be better to switch to a more secure protocol [see txt file in public_html\mysoft]
You could also make user data like passwords only accessible to admins

I think this has been discontinued by Lewis, But check with him first as i am sure i saw somewhere posted on here that he had infact Stopped the Project.

I did stop it, But as my knowledge of php has grew, this project will * finally!* be getting finnished, well, started :P, Though it might be unsecure, leave all that to mandai xD
