Is there a way to make a program that will allow you to select a file on a pc (Main pc )
install program on other pc then download that file from that pc with P2p ?

You could make a simple client-server program to transfer files. You could also use broadcast packets to transfer data to multiple machines on the same network.

Thats the problem my friend got some music files but we aren't on the same network and Msn is Sooo Slow...

P2P requires at least 3 machines for it to be useful.
I have come up with a simpler client-server based system if this is what you are after.

What error are you getting? Have you opened/forwarded the ports?

it has p2p file transpere and chat - u do need to be computer admin though
