I hate programs with custom cursors, it just annoys me, unless it's a game like CounterStrike, CombatArms, or NavyField then I really don't care, but for like regular apps it just annoys me. I see no reason for it, and it's just another unwanted thing that shouldn't be in, in the first place, but that's my opinion.

If I was creating an app that needed a Custom Cursor, then YES i would use one, Used in the right Program they can look Stunning, But that depends on the Program and its Use.

Do you have an example of a program that has a good cursor so I could see what you are talking about?
