I think it is possible but hard to make.

It surely is possible but we don't know how, lol. We should do some research on this. Or we can make our own torrent system with our own file formats. And we will have a website where people will upload the files and when we will download the torrent file, it would be small in size and when we will open it, it will download the original file from the website.
