Back Color Set To Transparent, It's Not.

So I'm working on a PS3 XMB and I have all the icons done and the video playing in the background, but when I set the icons Back Color to transparent, it stays black. The images are .PNG and are transparent themselves. I also tried this with text and it doesn't work that way either.

Try:
Make the icon's background color any color you want
Make the form's background color color a
make the form's transparency key color a
