Hello Vikhedgehog,
I think you should add Menustrip to save the space with the extra's, for my opinion I like browsers that have simple design(meaning that "They have easy layout")
And oh yeah you should use one color ;)
Q: Why is it better to have as less MenuBars?
A: Well if you are a reader, then you would like to see the most of the website, so you do not have scroll for each article.
But anyways, Keep it up tho! Continue to make even better projects.
