I need to have it the simplest way possible with including the program choosing the default webcam automaticly.

Use this and edit it around, mess with it, etc.

I have seen that but i am wondering if there is a easier way to do it, because my program i want to use that in is already cluttered enough. But if there is no simpier way then i will just do that.

Oh, well I'm sorry, but I can't help you for that, because my dream is managing hardware through software. I wish I could though!

i am wondering if there is a easier way to do it
It looks like using capCreateCaptureWindow and SendMessage is probably the simplest way of doing it right now.
