Its made in vb.NET yea possible
so what ?
SharpDevelop is an IDE + Homemade compiler
Codenbasic is an IDE with the codedom compiler
Those are both IDE's
dj1497 thinks you can make IDE's with Sharpdevelop
Sharpdevelop is opensource , you can get alot of snippets out of there. Thats the point of proprogrammer, you can get all the methods of an IDE out of the SharpDevelop source
