It is a file comparer is compares files in many different ways and sees how close the files are related, it compares between 2 files only though. I am not sure anyone have made this but it is pretty good for a program made in a week.

Well that is some of them, and some of them also are md5 hash. But there are 3 noone would think of comparing files with! THOSE ARE THE ONES THAT ARE SECRET!
