The easiest way is to format your computer and backup your stuff. Then when the computer is formatted, install an antivirus, scan all your files/stuff and then put them back in your computer. But that will only be an easy way if you have your own windows disk or else it will be expensive.

before you backup scan what ur are going to backup, they may contain viruses..

That is what i am doing, I scanned already and backed up now i am about to reformat.

First get a good AV. Then scan the computer. Backup your files. Format the computer!!!!

K you can suspect that, but it's not true, i am just smart and learn about everything so i can protect myself in the future.

ill try to get something on an old pc but ill have to rig it so the download speed will be horrible and those thousands of updates
i don't think its worth it.
but it does need updates if i plan to sell it
so its the weekend i might do that :P
