You can use the Web Browser Control. To use it right click anywhere on the tool box and then click on Choose Items.
Then in the .Net tab and check the WebBrowser item.
You can also use the Microsoft Web Browser control from the COM tab after you click on Choose Items.
You can also use the Gecko Engine.

well if you are looking for the best browser for windows 7 then i would go with chrome but if you are looking for the best internet speed i would go with safari.
