well maybe it has codes similiar to viruses for example disabling taskmanager but I can't go around it... my antivirus blocks it when I download it windows 7 32 bit I'm using

Works fine for me on win XP and VISTA Premium 
It does not contain any Virus code, and or any code which would be an Unsafe File, so i dont know what your system you are using and what Antivirus...
