Why cant I sleep :evil: lol

I hate it when this happens..I goto bed and kindof fall asleep but then I wake up an hour later and I dont know why but I cant get back to sleep again :(

My eyes are all puffed up and im knicky-knacky-noodled (as my niece puts it)!..everytime it happens I think im the only person in the world that cant get to sleep :lol: Im going to go drink lots of warm milk and watch something extremely boring on TV and hopefully that will do the trick but I need to sleep because I cant concentrate and its frustrating lol

Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? :?

a few months ago i had this problem due to me changing my sleep routine and then having to change back to normal for school but im all good now i just barely sleep nowadays LOL

I got the same problem last month when I got a 10 days vacation from school. I slept late at night but when suddenly the vacation finished and I came back from school the first day, I couldn't sleep. I too waked up too often and then couldn't go back to sleep. It's really annoying, I know. Good luck with it. After some days or maybe one day only, it will eventually stop happening.

I have this every sunday and every last day of vacation -.- and its so bad that I sometimes can't breath

I had experienced this problem a few weeks ago when i had my vacations. But as soon as school started it stopped!

I could only sleep 3-4 hours on my vacation but when school started i could sleep normal again

Lol happens to be every day I go to sleep wake up, and like SH** what's the clock, I look on my iPod, then I'm like oh c'mon :( and then i cant sleep until i turn something on on my tv :P

me too sometimes 3:00 AM and then I go computing the it is finnaly 4:30 still wake up and can't sleep and then on 6:00 I go to bed again :P
