Okay so this is for Game client, and I am just wondering if i should...
1) Make it so the user clicks on a link(like the on the image "Click Here") and then it opens in the user's default browser and navigates so they can pm me.
2) OR the user clicks on the link and then they can add an item to the listview and then make their own language file(There will be a readme file if needed help how to)

Second option, plus when they make their own language they can have like "Upload" which will go to you so you can approve it and after u approve it, it will be visible for others.

I think it should open up a SMTP form so they can email their language to you. :P

I'll go for the second option. And please consider codexvideos' opinion too.
Instead of LOL use this -
LSIBMHBIWFETALOL
Which means -
