Ah, can't sleep, eh? Yes, that happened to me almost every night last year, and I hated it. What you can try is to not think of anything, at all, then just put nice things into your mind, but as soon as something unpleasant comes in, flush your mind and retry

You will be happy to know that I did get some sleep 
finally!! ..not a lot though because im tired again now :lol: ..I got my mojo back and ive been working on my game thing all night so its alllllll good ;)
Nice to know im not the only one thats had sleeping problems though cooll;

if you wear yellow glasses to sleep, you will sleep much better.
this blocks all blue light, and blue light wakes you up. i think it is natural for blue light to wake you up, because the sky is blue, and when the sky becomes blue, it is morning.
give it a try, tell me how it works!
