EULA editor (End User License Agreement)

It would be better if we could add/remove sets of rules that change the license.

Looks unique. You might want to consider to make the continue button disabled if the main textbox's are empty ;) Keep it up cooll;

Also I noticed on the EULA form the text field is editable, it would be better to make it non editable :) On the form jic
