It takes around 3-5 seconds to load the index.php page for me and around 2-3 seconds to load the home page.

And on our router it says 500 mb/s, sometimes it goes down to 300 but we have pretty good connection when my iPod is the only thing using the internet

The router does not display the speed of your connection, it shows the speed it supports (I think)
Your ISP would more than likely not allow more than 50-60 MBPS (if that)

For me its only index.php page that needs more than the others... but on opera mini it loads faster than the built in nokia webbrowser

I have that also its extremely fast on my phone.
