Is the Form1.vb.designer thing still in your project directory? You could read that with Notepad++ or CodePad and maybe change a few things to get it working again.

its fine, ive changed it for the better now 
Nailing my feet to the floor is easier than using my own muscles to balance, but you don't see me doing that
