Is 12:00 AM or PM (between 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm)?
neither, science teacher told me as soon as it hits 12:00:00 it is both morning and night but as soon as it hits 12:00:01 its morning
thanks. also, do you know what AM and PM mean?
*EDIT*
Never mind. PM means afternoon in latin, and am means before noon. that might explain why 12:00 is neither AM, or PM
