I get the same exception as dj1437 when using this in XP SP3 32-bit, though win 7 SP1 32-bit seems ok.
When this runs it keeps trying to download a template from codeproject.

I already told you of the error i have on my Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium, i think its same as dj1437's exception.
