I didn't clean it yet but I put everything from my desktop into a hidden temp folder so its clean now

not reinstallled just deleted unused items, put everything into folders, changed my wallpaper, loads of stuff but just the desktop now im uninstalling unused apps

Also, you probably haven't seen my windows 7 desktop ... hard to find anything lol
