i have made a website like codenstuff. i am hoping that it will get as popular as codenstuff

The Site looks like u done it with some WebPage Build Site...
And how it looks in the moment etc..i doubt that it will be so popular like codenstuff :P

I like the page looks myself. I think you have a winner on your hands if you stay with it. Do not let anyone tell you anything different.

Its looking good so keep going with it and remember to put your own stamp on it and make it your own site. Try to add something "unique" to your site that no other programming site has so it stands out a bit as something new and different.
Also dont give up too quickly if you dont get a lot of users straight away it can take a good few months before you start getting your first regular users and then it will gradually grow from then on cooll;

It is indeed phpBB. You should be able to get it by doing a quick google search
