I got mine from downloads, before i used to charge free, but now it depends how hard i worked on it. I should have now over 1,200 credits but because of some problems i lost 100 and i donated some to redcomics. I mostly get my credits from downloads, i have only topped up 50 credits (25 from each; 2 surveys) but after that it didn't work anymore.
So the 'secret' would be:
Upload files worth the credits
Post more
Do surveys
Join contests

I Had 200+ cc From Downloads But Most Of Them Were Topups Or Donations. Now I Have Very Less Because I Bought VIP.

Well as i posted a while ago i did seem to lose credits for a while without a solid reason
