I think that many people like new comers do not read the rules.
They are on the top called "Laws of the Community"
It might not say anything about Bumping which a lot of new comers do though. For example bumping a 1 to 2 year old topic is not suitable.
Please read this, its on every section. Click here
Oh and also its not suitable to say to some topic "Thanks, cool, that was nice, good project etc..." that is in the url too.

The reason behind that is probably because they are leechers.
