So, i found lots of tcp chats on google, but what i want now is ability to 'call' someone, like skype/msn call using mics and speakers... If anyone knows what should i google please tell me . . . Or if you can help me with a tutorial ?
If you want to make a skype/msn (or similar) client from the ground up there will be a fairly large amount of code needed.
It might be easier to just make use of the existing clients by automating them, if this is useful. Skype for example has a library that can be used in .Net applications.

I heard about skype lib, but what i want is something like ventrilo, simple client/server app that has live voice chat, nothing else
you missunderstud me when i said msn/skype
i meant "CALL" (microphone) component only

I just found out about direct X , it is used to create LIVE data transfer or something like that xD i found 1 voice p2p app sample and it uses direct X, i'll be modifying it to my needs

I heard the bittorrent protocol was gonna be so much improved that it can transfer HD webcam chats without any lags over a slow connection. I don't know where I saw that :P
Making a bittorrent client FROM THE GROUND UP is a pain in the ass.
